Equal and Accessible Career Paths is a European Erasmus+ cooperation project aimed at promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace by creating accessible career paths for people with specific work abilities. In addition, the activities of the project aim to enhance the ability of companies to employ people with specific work abilities while simultaneously promoting an inclusive work environment through out Europe.

The project focuses on strengthening the skills of students, trainers, and employers in the project’s thematic areas, as well as producing training materials and digital tools to support the employment process.
