The THRIVE project strengthens support for migrant entrepreneurship by improving the skills and capacities of adult educators, mentors, coaches, and counsellors. Through innovative mentoring tools, digital learning resources, and practical guidance models, the project helps migrants develop entrepreneurial, digital, and AI-related competences while fostering inclusion and economic independence.
THRIVE is an Erasmus+ cooperation project that aims to strengthen the capacity of adult educators, mentors, coaches, and counsellors to support migrant entrepreneurs. The project seeks to improve migrants’ entrepreneurial, digital, and AI-related skills while promoting employability, economic autonomy, and social inclusion.
The project activities include research, focus groups, interviews, and case studies on migrant entrepreneurship. Based on these findings, the partnership will develop a methodological framework, a mentoring model for professionals, and a multilingual online learning course. THRIVE also includes training activities, piloting with educators and migrants, transnational cooperation, and extensive dissemination activities across Europe.
The main project results will be an evidence-based framework for understanding and supporting migrant entrepreneurship, a practical mentoring framework for educators and counsellors, and an open-access multilingual online course. The project will also strengthen organisational capacity, improve cross-sector cooperation, and create sustainable support pathways that help migrants succeed in entrepreneurship and the labour market.
